Renewable Environmental Solutions, LLC (RES) is currently operating the Carthage, Missouri plant. RES is busy converting low-value, organic and agricultural waste into valuable energy and industrial-use products.
RES was formed to commercialize the TCP in the agricultural and food processing industries. The focus of the company has been to deploy this technology, which utilizes renewable feedstock sources and provides a partial solution to environmental management problems. These problems include the reduction of landfill use, the reduction of emissions of greenhouse gases, such as carbon dioxide and methane, and the diversion of food waste away from re-entry into the food chain. The TCP produces a renewable diesel, which can help to reduce the United States’ reliance on foreign oil and generate positive benefits for the community, and in a broader sense, the world as a whole.
